These terms apply to all visitors and customers of PRIME WAVE. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearances may slightly vary due to screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery information provided is accurate.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days after processing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

7. Limitation of Liability

PRIME WAVE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
